Prof. Saburi Adejimi Adesanya was born on 8th day of May, 1955. He graduated from the department of
Prof. Saburi Adesanya
Biochemistry, University of Ibadan and then proceeded to the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University) for his masters in Pharmacognosy and had his Ph.D from School of Pharmacy, University of London.
Before Prof. Saburi Adesanya’s appointment has the Acting Vice Chancellor of Olabisi Onabanjo University he was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) of Obafemi Awolowo University, where he served two terms of two years each.
