So you have graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University (long time ago or recently) and you are yet to collect your Bachelor’s degree certificate? This article will put you through on how you could get your certificate. It may interest you that a backlog of over 40,000 certificates of students who graduated between 2004/2005 and 2011/2012 sessions are yet to be collected. Students who graduated after the 2011/2012 session would have collected theirs during their convocation ceremony as the convocation ceremony is now a yearly event.
Make payment for the following at the POS terminal at either the Permanent Site or Mini-Campus with your ATM card only. Make duplicate copy(s) of the receipts issued.
Certificate: N2, 000 (Could be more, depending on the year of graduation.)
Alumni Association: N1, 000 (Valid for 1year)
Brochure: N5, 000
Make duplicate copies of all the receipts given to you at the point of payment. Take the original copies of the receipts along with your ID cards (100level – Final Year), Final Clearance Slip and Original Notification of result to Academic Affairs (Room 8, old CESAP Building, PS).
If all the requirements are complete, your certificate will be given to you instantly. Note: A third party cannot collect the certificate on your behalf without a Proxy Letter duly authorized by the owner of the certificate.
